Dreadful service

Absolutely appalling!!!! I placed an order online on mcdelivery before 12pm, I check the tracker and it says my order has been cancelled by the restaurant and this is now at 13:00 - no communication from McDonalds on that, they just cancelled it and shut up. I call the customer service centre and they tell me the order was sent to a restaurant that's not in my area, they then proceed to offer to place the order for me at restaurant closer to my location at a charge of R15 (***!!!) Why should i pay extra when your system is the one that selects the restaurant?! I did not choose the restaurant I simply put in my address.

I'm sorry but im never gonna use this service again
