Drama at the till

On the 29/01/2020, I went to McDonald's on King Dinuzulu Rd (Berea road) Durban when I wanted to place an order coz I was in a rush the lady at the till said I should use the self service portal. I told her I was in a rush and she said that they don't place orders at the till anymore bare in mind that she had assisted someone at the till before me. I was extremely frustrated and not happy because I didn't understand why the tills were open if they are no longer in service. I am a dissatisfied customer as I use that McDonald's regularly and that was my first time hearing of this kind of service
