Double Payment - Southgate Mcdonald

I was double charged on the 26th if February 2023 at your Southgate branch, i went there the following weekend to complain, was given email address to send my details and complain which i did, no one rep****, i’ve send an email about 7 times still no one responded. I’ve sent to *** and ***. They asked me to send bank statement or proof of double payment which I did. Whenever i go to the branch im told that the manager is not there i should send an email which i did more than enough. May i please get a reply or my money back please.
