Double payment

McDonalds Midrand. The cashier was so rude to me, I told her the money went through from my account but she insisted I tap my bank card again and said it will bounce back into my account. I waited from 11/12/2021 to to date. I went to buy again on 18/12/2021 and told them I did not receive the money, I explained this to the Manager named Patricia, I showed her the two transactions, bank statement and the slip. She gave me an email to send my bank statement which bounced back. I need my money back R101.90 This is not the first time with such incident at McDonalds Midrand, They made me pay twice in 2019 AND THEY NEVER RETURNED MY MONEY.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
