Double payment

Went to Mac Donald's Umphakathi Mall in Randfontein on the 29/08/2022 time 20:15 and double paid for my meals as they said my card did not go through on their system.

The shift manager Thobeka and cashier Molebogeng asked me to come back after 48hrs of which I did and to my suprise after a call that was made to the store manager Jabulani my complaint was not resolved and was told to go to the website to get customer care to help me
