Double payment

I have purchased food from the online application and I completed my order by paying via my card. The payment went through my bank but it gave an an error on the end and the order was never received at Linton Grange McDonald's. I tried a second time and it did the same thing. I tried to contact McDonald's but I cannot get any direct contact details. It is very poor that you can not even get your money back.
