Double order went off my account and 22 days later and still no refund

I am extremely disappointed. There was a double order and payment that went off my account (on 28 February 2025) for the amount of 2 x R202.80, inside of the McDonald's at Atterbury Value Mart (Pretoria East). It was on the self service ordering system inside of McDonalds, when I alerted the manager Innocentia, she told me that i needed to email them a copy of my bank confirmation letter and they would transfer the funds back to me by Wednesday 5 March. I emailed my bank letter through whilst I was still there and she advised that she had received it and printed and would sent it to head office to do the payment, it is now 22 days later and I have still not received the refund. I have called a few times and they tell me they will follow up with head office, same story each time.
