Double drive throuh / Rude Staff

I'm not sure why I even bother complaining as you don't respond. First of all the double drive through does not work, you get the orders wrong. My order was wrong today so I told Nyalungu that the double drive through does not work, I got not reply and was told to drive to the next window after payment. I will not return to this McDonald's.
