Double debited for my one order!!!!

Hi there<br> Last week Tuesday I think it was I went to mcdonalds and ordered two fold overs - one being a large meal and the other being on its own but with an extra corn.<br> A the time of purchase their card machine was giving troubles - to me it looked like paper jam or some sort. so I entered my pin the first time then they got me to do it again.<br> I am only looking at my bank statements now and see the amount came off twice!!!! I will bring this as proof and I think this is ridiculous!<br> <br> I know everyone needs to make money but seriously to not even look at their books and try finding the person whom they double debited is really messed up.<br> <br> Luckily I looked at my bank statements as I don't normally - I wouldn't be surprised if this has happened before in the past as we are fans of mcdonalds food.<br> <br> Make a plan to rectify this as this is seriously not on!!!
