Double Debit

i visited Mcdonalds on the 23 December and puchased the famile sharebox they have double debtited my account with the same amount and know i have to fight for my own money i was told by the manger that i should provide them with a bank statement as proof that they debited my acc twice which i have done so but still no feedback from them as yest i ahve called them again today but i still did not get any feedback from them.<br> <br> i am so disguisted with the type of service that is renderred from them and i will not take my family to visit that store ever due the poor customer service which we recieved.
