double debit

Went with my family and putchased a sharebox plus an extra cheeseburger and a mcfeast delux burger which the the double debited my account with the same amount twice I went to them and the told me it will se it in 24hrs which it didn't cause it never declined in the firsdt place I then went back with the statement from my bank and they said to me the the manager 4tephanie was thedont have at there store I stay in mitchells plain and can't keep on driving out petrol to get this plese want my money I have never experienced any bad service like this before and I must say its bad customer service
