Double charged by McDonalds, unable to get refund

So, 9 September 2015 is proof of Mcdonal Strijdom Park's terrible refund process after they double charged me.<br> <br> I was double charged by McDonalds for the same meal. I received one sms from the bank I so took no note of it until I had a look at my bank statement.<br> <br> I immediately contacted the Strijdom Park and could not get through because they never answer the phone.<br> Strijdom Park office called me back and asked me to drive in to the branch. Seriously? How far do I live? Anyway, after telling them that is not an option they asked for my bank statement because they \couldn't trace the payment"<br> <br> I have provided them with the statement and am waiting for a response.<br> What annoys me is that I have spent more money and time trying to get a refund than the extra amount they actually double charged.<br> <br> When considering the effort it takes"
