Double Charged

I bought food at McDonalds Savanna Mall in Polokwane on friday 25-08-2017 around 13.40pm. The lady swiped my card 1st time, then told me its declining. She then swiped again and now it went through.

I took food and left. Later when i was driving i received two SMSes to show both transactions went in successfully. Later that even I went to the restaurant. The Manager(Isaac) told me to wait for 24hrs and money will be reversed back into my account. Its been 72hrs and money has still not being reversed.

I am now in another province and unable to go to the restaurant again to speak to the management. Someone in Mcd please assist
