Dont offer a service that you cant deliver on

My husband and I and our office often orders from McDonalds.... well... no more.<br> This is the 3rd time we have had issues.<br> <br> Our office tried to place an order online, the system was down, we then called to place and order... not too much of a hassle.<br> <br> That was an hour ago... we have just been called back to say that there will be a 2 hour delay.... SERIOUSLY... 3 hour wait for lunch????<br> <br> Come on Mcdonalds, disgusting, inefficient service, this is unacceptable, don't offer the service if you ant pull it off!!!!
