Don’t care: Craighall MacDonalds

MacDonalds Craighall uses Automated ordering screens. The screen tells me choc Donuts are out of order, but I can see they are displayed in the cabinet? After ordering I’m told they don’t have a sweetener for my coffee. This is an unacceptable boycott. An unfair savings to the business at the cost of diabetic clients. And after I complained, my food was delivered to my table with hair, not my short highlighted hair, under my food! I cannot recommend Craighall MacDonalds, and must warn any special-food-needs customer. The don’t care attitude prevails.
