don't care about their clients

on 22 dec i made a purchase of r409, they charged me twice. on 27 dec i went back to complain and gave them my bank statement and contact no. they didn't bother to give me feedbck. i called and asked for feedback, they promised to have my money in my acc on 30 dec, i followed up again on 2 january, they said the manager has gone to head office to sort it out. they never call me back unless i call to complain. today i called again, they telling me it will take 7 days to give my money back. i need this money and they just don't care. pathetic service. i have complained on their website, they didn't even bother to respond to that.
