Don't understand the meaning of fast food

<p>I went to McDonalds Kloof in Cape Town on Saturday night and received the most shocking service. People who ordered their meals after me got their food before me and the staff we disorganised a disorganised and unfriendly. It was 8pm at night so not even a late shift and there were 3 staff members on the floor, 1 at the till and 2 in the kitchen, and not a Manager in sight. When I asked why other people where getting their food before me she clicked her tounge and said its not her its them in the kitchen and spoke to the next customer. If this is how the chain "trains" their staff to deal with customers then I dont know. Absolutely disgusted. </p>
