DO NOT USE THE ONLINE APP

<p>Im extremely unhappy about the service i received i waited and hour for my order to be delievered , i used my airtime to call back and forth to the call centre , ive tried calling the store and no one answers the phone! (whats the point of having a branch phone then) . Once my order arrived my chips all soft and soggy , and my bevrages were spilt by the person who delivered it , there was no holder for the bevrages , my Mc Fizz which usually has ice blocks in had non at all ! everything was wet and sticky . When calling the call centre all they had to say was "sorry for the late delivery" i am disgusted by the service. Food was horrible and i regret ordering it, threw most of my food away as it was not edable due to chips being saggy and cold , the burger i ordered was just as cold, honestly cannot beleive my experience . After that experience i will NOT be purchasing anything from Mc Donals Obvservatory EVER AGAIN.Pathetic service , litterally spent and hour and a half to get my food which was to be deliver within 15-20 mins .</p>
