Do not go to Mc Donald's sea point

I order at the Mc Donald's sea point, I redeemed a item from the Mc Donald's app I was told to redeem something to check to see if it was working I did so, so there I lost a item to redeem. I then finally placed my order. My slip did not have a order number. I waited 20 minutes and received nothing. 5 customers which came after me received their food.
