Distasteful experience

The worst coffee experience I've ever had since drinking McDonald's coffee. We ordered two short cappuccino and a cup of rooibos tea that my friend also complained about. I had always reserved my complaints about this particular McDonald's but clearly nothing is improving. McDonald's SA please look into this as your reputation is being *****ed.
