Dissatisfied service, poor attitude and not friendly

Mcdonalds should not advertise something if their employees don't know or do not want to help with. on the 25th of February i placed an order on the app for the order ahead that they had advertised a day ago . I was not aware that the Mcdonalds in Beyers where different when we got there we were told our order is at the other Mcdonalds and they did not offer to assist, and we had already paid for the food. Order number 0627 i have not received my refund or for Mcdonalds to call or enquire nothing. The lady didnt even offer to call or help. Mcdonalds i am still waiting for my refund . Please train your staff to be friendly n want to help as we as customers did not force them to come work there .
