Dissatisfied customer

The McDonald's in Lenasia has pathetic service! Average waiting time in the drive thru is almost 30 minutes and this when it's not even full! Just to get to the last window and for them to completely get your order wrong. This has happened twice already consecutively within the space of a week. If we're not finding items missing (that we've PAID for) then the order is completely wrong. It would take less than a minute for the person taking your order to just repeat it to confirm yet they're slow on service and still somehow mess it up. This is honestly very poor service! Now we have to drive out to a completely different area just to get better service, which is completely unnecessary!
