Dissatisfied customer

I placed an order for chicken burger, when I got home I realized it was an incorrect order. So I went back to Mc Donald at Umlazi Mega City, so they can rectify my order. The manager that attended to me did not give me her name, she was shouting at me and actually informed me that she will not assist me and she throw away my till slip and walked away. I am so disappointed at the service I received and I cannot believe that you could make someone that rude the face of your franchise
