Dissatisfied customer

I've been at McDonalds in Ermelo quite a few times and I cannot say that their service are outstanding. It has happened several times that I order something and when I get at home my order is incorrect. Today I went to McDonalds to buy me an Oreo McFlurry. I made use of the drive-through service. The guy who helped me at the ordering station was not friendly at all, but okay I thought let me smile then...if that just helped. After my greeting failure I still needed to wait in line for almost 20 MINUTES because the car in front of me order was also not correct so he ask for a re-order and the rest of us must wait...when it was my turn to get my mcFlurry I was highly dissappointed. The oreo was not a quarter of a teas**** in quantity, and the choclate sauce was just dumped on top. It wasn't mix or nothing.<br> <br> what is happening to our fast foofs restaurants in SA? Definitely not on international standards.
