Dissatisfied customer

We always order using Mc delivery and with every order theres either something incorrect or missing and the driver has to always go back to rectify our order. Tonight for the first time they got the order correct but the driver requested payment despite us paying online and then dropped an orange juice on our pavement and drove away leaving the mess and dirt. Something needs to urgently be done to improve Mcdelivery
