Dissapointing, unproffesional and horrible service

I hope you are able to assist me

We attended a funeral in Beaufort West on March 2022

We left to return for home in Cape Town and receive really awfull and horrible service at your branch in Beaufort West.

I reported the complaint to your customer service

I then received a response and then a phone call from the store

I explained to the manager that we don't reside in Beaufort West and I asked if they can instead provide us with a voucher to use at any branch in Cape Town the manager said no they can't do that but whenever we are in Beaufort West again we must please make contact

In 2023 we passed through Beaufort West and I made contact with the restaurant the manager was not on duty and nobody at the store was able to assist me so they said

This year we again in Beaufort West for the unveiling of a tombstone and I made contact with the manager again

He said he can't remember me or the complaint, but will check phone history and asked me to send him the complaint email which I did and that he will talk to his "boss" as he puts it

Then few days later he tried calling me back but I was driving on the N1 from Cape Town and asked him to leave me message and I will check once I stop at a garage on the N1.

However he never left any messages

When I arrived in Beaufort West

I was informed by the manager that his "boss" says that they will not be able to honour their commitment to us that they originally offered and promised

So I'm a bit confused now

First we received such horrible service at your branch in Beaufort West, Then we lodged a complaint And then we are called and promised whenever we in Beaufort West to please visit the store and they will make it up to us

And when we do make contact with the store We are told that the "boss" says they are not going to honour the commitment and promises they made to a client

Is this really how McDonald’s treats their clients. Not the Mcdonalds we know and love as a family

But maybe you only receive horrible and pathetic service at the Beaufort West branch and maybe only at the Beaufort West restaurant managers and the "boss" is allowed to make empty promise and deceive clients and don't have to honour their commitments and promises made to clients.

We have been loyal clients to Mcdonalds for more then 19 years even ever since the 1st branch opened in Cape Town

And now Mcdonalds Beaufort West says sorry we actually **** to you just to be able to close the complaint at customer service

I would like to know and understand why the "boss" decided to not honour their promise and commitment to us please

I'm truly dissapointed in the service we've received from your Beaufort West branch

And if they treat me like this how many others clients do they treat like this.

Maybe someone should provide training to the branch and teach them that just because they are located in the karoo it doesn't give you the right to mistreat and lie to Mcdonalds clients

We are Mcdonalds clients not Beaufort West clients

We have been in Beaufort West a few times ever since and we don't eat Mcdonalds anymore Or visit the branch we buy our last Mcd in Worcester and get Wimpy or KFC in Beaufort West.

But not Mcdonlads because McD lies to their clients
