"Dissapointing" is a understatement

Lambton franchise- not the first time getting cold food. The patty on my burger was colder than the mayonnaise?. The best part was our chips. Warm like they just took it out of the oil but uncooked. Hard potato inside,crispy outside... It was just past 11 last night. If they were busy I would've understood, but there were only 5 cars in the drive-thru. All waiting for cold food.
