Dissapointing.

Good evening, last week Wednesday the 15th (take note of how long back it is) I've left a pair of Jordan's (expensive shoes) at a resturant in Humewood Mcdonalds, my complain is not about the food or service but the the way they could not help me ad those shoes meant a lot to me. I've tried calling the franchise & I tried emailing 3 times because I'm not in the city. All I wanted was a video or some information from the surveillance cameras regarding my shoes. They were verry expensive and im getting really frustrated with the fact that nobody could help me out.
