Dissapointed

I probably eat Mcdonals twice a week, and to say I was dissapointed is an understatement. I always look forward to those hot fries, but this time they were completely cold. There also was no ketchup in my takeout. I should of turned around, but didn't want to stand in the long drive through-queue once again. I have never complained on hellopeter but this time it was needed for the companies sake.
