Disrespecting clients

I am utterly disappointed and shocked with how poorly the customers are treated as if we beg for the food .....I bought a Chicken fold over meal just a few minutes ago at McDonald Hatfiled and asked if I could get a veggie pattie instead of chicken which they agreed to..I was even charged R10 extra on top of tht .....to my suprise I get home and found no petty only tomato and letters for R60 tht is being disrespectful and not caring about your customers
