Disrespectfull service

<p>Yesterday i went with my colleagues to Mc Ds for a late lunch. i provided my order at the drive thru. i did not confirm my order once but twice. i paid at the pay point. Whilst waiting for my order at the window i realised that the lady took my order wrong. Then i was given a wrong order. i then explained that i received the wrong order the lady at the last window called the lady who took my order. She then looked me in the eye and had tge audacity to say i ordered wrong. And I told her I had two witness she continued arguing with me then walked away while I trying to explain to her. Then I got frustrated that my lunch time is being wasted on this unprofessional service. The manager appeared not once did she apologize after I expressed disappointed in the pathetic service. I explained I have limited time and she still walked slowly to the car with the half correct order. because I seriously didn't have time I did not argue however I believe I need feedback to be provided to me. if I just got a apology it might have made a difference but the manager had just much attitude as the request as the first lady. </p>
