Disrespectful staff with empty promises

Last week Friday I spent over R170 in food. Schools had closed and my son went to work with me.He asked that I buy him a Happy meal as he wanted a toy. Upon my return to work from McDonald's on Gordan and Ontdekkers road, My son with excitement opened his happy meal box and found no toy in there.I called Macdonalds ********** 138 and spoke to Prudence who expected me to drive all the way back for the Toy, I advised I dont have a car and asked for a lift from a colleague and she insisted I make arrangements to go back.After few calls to them she advised that they sent someone to my offices to deliver the toy and another happy meal for my son as a sign of apology..Well that never happened since they made a fool of me and no driver was sent for over 3 hours as I left the office at 4 and went to macdonalds at 12..My order number was 191 and it upsets me that I spent so much money and in turn made an idiot, listening to Prudence and her staff complain in the background on the phone assuming that I couldnt understand a word they were saying...I'm disgusted to say the least cause we support that branch a lot. THE DISAPPOINTMENT MY SON ENDURED WAS THE WORST.I regret spending a single cent there and will never ever again that's for sure.
