Disrespectful staff, no customer service

Good day

I would like to express my disappointment in the service I received from your branch. I placed an order online and after a few min I received a call from the number +*** said ' I'm calling from McDonald's we don't deliver in eldos and dropped the call'.

Firstly: if this is how you speak to clients then I'll rather not buy from you guys anymore. Secondly: please decide if you guys want to deliver to Eldorado Park or not. Sometimes when we order we will receive our orders and the next time you guys no longer deliver. If we order again we get our orders. Sometimes we are told that you guys only deliver before 6pm. It's just continuous stories.

If you guys do not want to deliver please remove us Eldorado park off you list because I work for Cartrack pty ltd and we always order from you guys.
