Disrespectful service

I hope and pray this reaches the higher offices. We visited Mc Donalds N1 City Cape Town South Africa last night 18 September 2021 around 7pm. With 3 very hungry kids myself and my mom waited. Yes they were busy. 2 lines were formed due but no communication. After us asking whats going on they say there is only 1 line. We called for the manager Amanda or Amandla or Ayanda and it took him 20 minutes to get there. With staff laughing and taking this all as a joke. They lost a customer due to their disrespect and given another customer the wrong change. They need to be exploited. Never have I been to a McDonald's ever and got this kind of service!!!! I hope this gets seen by them and everyone else. I'm really disgusted!!
