Disrespectful Manager Mc Donalds Sandton City

<p>On Wednesday the 14th of June 2017 i visited Mc Donalds branch in sandton city. I placed my order as perusaull. My order came up on the "Now Serving" screen. When approaching the collection point i was firstly ignored by the staff member serving customers. After the third individual (who ordered the meal after me) recieved thier meals i quired the matter and was told to wait one minute. Trying to understand the circumstances (eeven though there is no excuse as far as i know ) i proceed to wait as advised only to be lapped by a furthe r4 customers, to the point i could see one of the customers who had orded behind be finish his burger. I proceeded to inquire qith the manager what the hold up was with my meal The manger on Duty proceeded to take my slip look at it, and tell me o wait the order is in the line. This raised my level of disatisfaction i asked him to kindly refund me as they are not willing to serve me, he then proceed to through the statement on the counter and instructed the teller to pay back "this guy". Whne confronting him on the mannor in which he was approaching the issue he proceeded to tell me "i am doing ewhat the custmor has asked, what more do you want from me". Please advise if this kind of service is apart of the Mc donalds Franchising model as i have never experienced such disrespect from any other of your franchise points. I do hope this is sorted. </p>
