Disrespectful Manager

To: McDonald's Ballito I am very disappointed with the service i received from the night shift team on the 24th of December 2024.

I was so exhausted from work wanted to have mcdeez on Christmas eve @ 9 pm i placed my orders with special hot sauce because it was appearing on the screen which i know they normally put in the burger which i was fine with. Only to find that they giving me spicy mayo i asked the waiter i paid for the sauce she's telling me to go speak to her manager imagine at that time im hungry i must leave the tablet to speak to her manager which the waiter didn't even bother to put lids on the cool drinks.

As i approach to find out who's the manager the lady in front said she's the manager i said can i please have my special hot sauce she said no it's only the mayo i said but last week it was not showing on the menu now it is i want what i see then she said it's the same i said it's not the same sauce and mayo is 2 different things she started raising her voice to me and shouting i told her not to raise her voice to me. I also stated that i also went to the Ballito Junction branch and they did put in the burger the lady said No the manager is wrong but that's what on the screen that people are paying for. Myself being in management that's not the way to act with customers especially difficult ones her behavior was out of line because she then started laughing with the others in the kitchen i did not expect service like this especially from a branch in Ballito and i won't tolerate such behavior because i go to that branch every week and never did i have a problem with them.@McDonald's assist please
