Disrespectful call Centre agent Maropeng Monyela.

I called McDonald call Centre to order and they keep choosing the wrong restaurant and most importantly the lady Maropeng Monyela I spoke to her and she was very rude to me instead of helping me... Even when I asked her what is happening with my order after two full hours she was rude and didn’t not even care. I do not understand how she operates on a daily basis with different customers with that attitude. I am very very unhappy with her service. You have recordings I hope you play my recording and hear how she spoke to me as a customer and then take steps to discipline her. This is highly unacceptable!!!!!
