Disrespectful

We placed our order and then we are ignored. So we drove through to find the staff laughing at us because we spoke funny. The manager then came to us and told us we need to wait 30min because the the systems rebooting. We asked why did they take our order and then ignore us. He was ignaront and adamant that we will not be served. It's only human to get upset when your consumer rights are not portrayed as suppose to. I want the manager of balito mac donalds to schedule a meeting with me, and senserley apologise to me and explain in detail why they could not serve me even after they had taken my order. I am a passionate person and when disrespected I take that to heart. I really hope this matter can be resolved.
