disrespected and made to feel a fool for a void

So this rainy day i wanted ice cream, aaked for a cone and quickly and asked to change to a Sunday, the cashier(male) tood me that he can not because the manager gets angry. I told him i dont understand how thats any of my business because i have not paid and he has not made the ice cream at all.. he told me that he will be back shortly. Another lady Amanda or Amandla then comes and forces me to take the ice cream with the words \we dont do voids so just take it"i asked her why can't they void"
