Disrespect at another level!

I have never felt so disrespected by an individual until today. I go to get my quick lunch at McD Woodmead, the worst decision I took today. The guy punches the wrong order, asks for more money and when I ask him for what he tells me that I should not act for him. In shock, I request to speak to the manager and to my surprise he answers \I am the manager". Since I cannot complain to him as a manager I ask for his full name"
