Disrespect and poor service

I received a very bad bad service from Mac Donald Polokwane at cnr market and grobler. We got in the shop and ask a lady who works there(Lebo) if we can redeem the deals and she said yes nd said we should then go to the Teller as we got there we were told they can't help us as the didn't see it count down bt there is no where in the shop were its written nd we asked for the shift manager and a guy by the name of Desmond(manager) said he can't help nd was very rude and kept on answering us with sarcasm. I will never ever buy from them and no one from my family will ever there. They have poor service.
