Disregard of customers and their time

I ordered a chicken foldover meal and added a lime milkshake. I was not pleased with the extra R12, 50 charge but I really craved the lime milkshake. I waited for 35min only to be told that they were out of lime milkshake. Not only am I angry but I am very hungry (hangry) and I had to cancel my order completely.

Please let your tellers and the kitchen communicate beforehand because I found this very inconvenient to me and my hungry stomach
