Dispicable Rewards System

I’ve been communicating with your social media team via X and I have not received any help and it’s been over 3 full months. I redeemed 2 spicy mcfeast and couldn’t use them in the 8 Nov 2024 due to ur system being offline at one of the McDonalds outlet I’ve been chasing for my points to be recredited back as they don’t even appear on unused rewards anymore I was told the sauce is unavailable I couldn’t get my points credited which makes no sense I’ve been receiving excuses after excuses and they’ve stopped replying to my messages this is totally absurd I earned these points and it’s unfair that I have to struggle this much to get them reimbursed.
