Dishonesty and cheating has become the norm!

I am naming and shaming. This is a small thing but when I thought about it I got angry, especially with all the recent news in the media on *******ion. ********s in this country are the first to know about the intelligence in the country's Crime Intelligence! Be it small or big, dishonesty has become a norm in this country. I was at McDonalds corner Glenhove road in Joburg and made the order at the machine. I wanted a cappuccino as part of the meal, however, i found it sold out. So I ordered a small carton of apple juice. for which I paid a small extra. When my token was called out, the lady was standing there without the apple juice. Since it was a tiny carton I checked the paper bag with the food for the apple juice. Then the lady acted that she forgot, whispered 'apple juice' and went in. Came back with apple juice in a transparent container and told me that the apple juice(carton) I ordered has been sold out. Then I argued. I said that the machine displayed it, so I should get it. The lady tried to convince me that the machine does not show it. Then I demanded my money back. Then she went in again and came with the carton of apple juice same as I ordered and tried to act innocent that she found one last one. McDonald's, please watch, there are people running business within your business. These cartons can be taken out and sold, that is what is happening I think. Even if it is sold for two or three rands, it is still money. There is a nexus including your managers, I would say.
