Dishonest and Unrelaiable

<p>Called Mcdonalds for a delivery at 19:06 and i was advised within 40-60min my order would arrive, Nhlanhla called at 19:17 to confirm my order and with no feedback i called at 20:13 / 20:31 / 20:32 / 20:34 and i was advised the driver is held up in Ruimsig but would be with me around 21:15 with my order... 21:15 came and passed and i ended sleeping with my food not being delivered. The service is beyond patheric with all their mabafers, from Trevor, Yvonne and Nthabiseng. Nthabiseng who was the manager on duty on 27/10/2016 did not resolve or give a solution to the delivery of my order. i had to call them on numerous occasions just to track my order as non of them took it upon themselves to call me and update, once i complained a Mohlatsi called me and apologised but by then the damage was done, the driver himself ended up calling me to tell me its raining and he cant deliver my food. I waited for over 2 and half hours for my food and ended up sleeping with no update on my order or feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>the service at this branch is ridculous as it is not the first time this happens!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
