Disgusting ******* and horrific service

McDonald's Parow is absolutely pathetic. I go to the drive through and place my order. First the person taking the order doesn't understand English so I have to repeat everything I say so that she gets it right. Then when I get to the windo to collect my order, I get asked to park my car and they will bring the order to me.

Half an hour later I get out of the car to ask and find out where my order is that I've already paid for. I get told by the staff member that they are still busy with it and she will bring it to me. 10 minutes later they finally come out with the order and all they can say is sorry for the inconvenience, the food is cold already but all they can say is sorry as if that would fix the issue.

I get home already frustrated only to find that sons happy meal is missing the juice and the toy. I work very hard for my money and the prices at McDonald's is already so expensive. I disgusted at the service that I have received from these *********** people and I feel like I have been ****** by them not giving me everything that I have paid for. Talking to a manager at McDonald's doesn't help anything. I would like to be contacted by someone in a higher position so that they can explain to me why they are *****ing from me.
