Disgusting Services from McDonald's Delivery and Call Centee

So i place an order on the McDonald's delivery app at about 9am this morning (3 March 2018)

The order was supposed to be delivered at 10h10... It is now 10h40.

I called the call centre to enquire where my order is. This was at 10h15, the agent advised that my order will be here in 10 min.

Its is now 10h45 and take a guess what no sign of Mc Donalds??

Surprise Surprise.

The call centre agent was rude and arrogant.

Is this the service McDonald's Lenasia gives its clients?
