DISGUSTING SERVICE PLUS DISGUSTING ATTITUDE TO TOP IT OFF!!!!!!!!!

I work a 5 am shift in Cape Town Long Street, 22 on Long to be exact. This morning my first break was at 07:00 am. I'm mentioning exactly where I work so you can know how close I am to Mc Donalds on Long here opposite PnP. I popped in to Mc Donalds today ordered a chicken burger and chips from the Mc Savers menu. The store wasn't busy at all! I placed my order, paid at the till - I think the cashiers name is Noma, she helped me and that was all good and on to the next customer she had to assist with placing an order on the SS machines. Now at the back where they made our meals, there were two ladies standing, and the burger has already been started on, however they are standing there and both staring at the tap like device which they had on the table and in the other had they had this walkie talkie like machine in the other hand. So, while they staring at this tab like machine, I'm waiting for my order, my 15-minute break has 2 minutes remaining now. When am I going to eat? Because my meal isn't even done at this point so I won't get a chance to eat I'd have to put the food in my locker when I got to work because I'm late and I cannot eat on the operational floor, how am I going to enjoy Mc Donalds fries when they had been standing in my locker and probably dry as **** at that point!

So, I call out to the lady that was actually operating these devices they had and ask her for a refund she says why, not even with a sense of good concern with the ****tiest attitude I have ever encountered in my 31 years of life! I tell because I spent my entire break here and now, I have to go, at this point the other one is coming with the burger, she tells me here is the burger, chips aren't done mind you! I tell I asked for a refund I am late. She brings a slip and asks me to sign, I understand I have to sign the slip, but I'm getting more and more late at this point.

She gives me the slip and the pen so I put the slip on the counter and start writing but because the surface is hard the pen isn't working properly, I tell her the pen isn't working she tells me with the worst attitude again I use this pen all the time this pen works I show her the slip she tells me you should've asked for something to press on, I tell well that is something you could've thought of seeing that you work here and you know the surface is hard and should know that the pen won't work in that case again she says you should've just asked for something to press on.

At this point I don't know how many times I've mentioned I'm late, and she never apologized not once! I was 8 minutes late from my break and I got reprimanded all forgoing to try and purchase a meal at Mc Donalds
