Disgusting service Mcdonalds blackheath

McDonald's Blackheath Gauteng has the worst customer service I waited for 2 burgers for 45 minutes, and got no got incorrect order. Four patrons were sit in, including myself, Uber eats gets first preferable, in the store and out, while we wait starving, I was very disappointed not to find a floor manager to complain to. Staff are arrogant if asked about service. Burger King here I am service is always exceptional
