Disgusting service from Uber eats and McDonald’s Pinetown

I can’t believe I have to resort to this but after ordering food multiple times from Uber eats and waiting and hour to an hour and a half for food is in acceptable, how can for latest time of arrival keep changing and once it’s pass an hour the delivery driver is changed so the waiting time goes up. This is appalling service from both Uber eats and McDonald’s pinetown. I finally received my food and it was disgustingly cold and horrible after paying so much money you would atleast expect it to be warm and not stale. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER
